- The Silent Auction will begin at 5:00 p.m. and close at 7:45 p.m. Gallery One is located on the first floor and Gallery Two is located on the second floor. Announcements for closing time will be made at 15 minutes, 10 minutes, and 3 minutes prior to closing.
- Each item will have a bid sheet. Establish your bid by writing your bidder number and bid amount in $5 increments on the bid sheet. Please print legibly. Illegible bids or bids that are not in $5 increments will be voided.

- All items will be sold to the highest bidders in excess of the minimum bid noted on the bid sheet.
- Any bids written down after the announcement of the section closing will be voided.
- Winning bids will be displayed on Winner Boards near the check out station as soon as bids are processed in each section.
